Andy Bell Photography holds all rights to the content on this website. Unauthorized use, including copying or storing content, is not permitted without our consent. You cannot alter or redistribute anything from this website for any purpose.
- Content Accuracy
Effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of website content, especially regarding product descriptions and pricing. However, we will only process orders if there are no significant errors in the product descriptions or prices as listed on the website.
- Correcting Order Mistakes
You have the opportunity to correct any mistakes in your order until you finalize it by making payment.
The prices for goods are listed on the website are accurate at the time of entry. If we cannot honour the order at the listed price, we will inform you via email.
- Payment Conditions
We will charge your credit or debit card upon receiving your order. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect payment information. If full payment cannot be secured, we reserve the right to refuse your order, which does not affect our other rights.
We keep the delivery costs at a flat rate depending on your location.

We will deliver to the address you provide, which must be accurate. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery according to your instructions, except due to our negligence. We aim to deliver within 14 days of receiving your order and will communicate with you if there are any delays, offering an alternative date or a refund.
Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon delivery, and they are then your responsibility.
- Cancellation Policy
Since all prints and canvases are made to order, we do not keep stock and cannot offer refunds for change of mind, as custom-made products are exempt from internet distance selling regulations.
- Order Cancellation by Us
We may not process your order if:
- We do not deliver to your area, or
- There was a pricing error due to a typo or incorrect supplier information.
- If we cancel your order for these reasons, we will email you and refund any charges to your card within 14 days.
If you do not receive your goods within 30 days and choose to cancel rather than rearrange delivery, we will refund you.
We are only liable for foreseeable losses due to our breach of these terms. We are not liable for delays or failures outside of our control.
You must follow all relevant laws and regulations for purchasing goods from our site. We are not liable for any legal issues regarding the import or export of goods you purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
