Andy Bell is a professional photographer and IT expert living in Surrey, UK. During the early 2000's Andy released a range of photography software under the ProFotoSoftware label. He has also worked as a Principal Analyst Programmer and Technical Lead at various financial software houses, including SS&C Technologies.
